Connexica heads to the Housing Community Summit 2026 in Liverpool
Connexica will join housing professionals from across the sector at the Housing Community Summit 2026, taking place on 8–9 September at the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool Experience Campus. Organised by the National Housing Federation (NHF) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), the summit brings together landlords, local authorities and suppliers for what is billed as the most collaborative event in housing.
At the event, Connexica will be sharing its work with MSV Housing, where bringing together data from repairs, compliance and customer services has helped teams identify residents struggling in silence before small issues developed into crises. Rather than each team holding a partial view of a resident's situation, connecting these data sources gives housing teams a fuller picture, surfacing patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed until a complaint or repair request escalates.
Craig Moran, Head of Performance & Business Improvement at MSV, described the shift in how his team works with data:
"No more wrestling with a hundred spreadsheets. Now the data does the asking."
For a sector under sustained pressure to evidence tenant safety and satisfaction, the ability to bring disparate systems together and let the data highlight risk earlier is becoming less of a nice-to-have and more of an operational necessity.
Connexica will be on hand throughout the two days to talk through the MSV Housing case study and discuss how similar approaches could apply to other housing providers navigating the same data challenges.
