Connexica shortlisted for Housing Executive Award

Connexica has been shortlisted for Best Use of Data & Technology at the Housing Executive Awards www.housingexecutiveawards.co.uk/ recognising its work with MSV Housing.

The nomination reflects a project that's brought MSV's data together from across different systems and records into one trusted view. Instead of teams working from fragmented information, they can now see the full picture and turn data they already hold into insight they can act on.

That shift has had an impact well beyond reporting. Better insight has helped MSV uncover hidden needs and identify challenges some residents might otherwise have struggled to raise, meaning neighbourhood teams can step in earlier, target support where it's needed, and make better-informed decisions for the people living in their homes.

It's that outcome - not the technology itself - that makes the shortlisting matter to Connexica. Better use of data isn't the end goal; what it makes possible for housing teams and residents is.
