A Fully Integrated Solution, Deployed According to Your Preference. Technically Connexica solutions will function equally well whether they are deployed on-site at your organisation or hosted within the Cloud – which means you get to choose the delivery method which best suits your requirements:

On Premise

If you prefer to hold your data locally, an on-premise Connexica deployment is the ideal option.

You can use the Connexica Hardware Provisioning service or supply and configure your own system hardware to our technical specification. During project initiation, we’ll install your contracted solution options and establish remote connectivity for Infrastructure Management and support purposes.

If you’ve chosen Connexica’s Infrastructure Management service, we’ll handle the ongoing management of your hardware environment; otherwise, you’ll be responsible for ensuring optimal server performance.

Throughout implementation, your team will be trained to develop content and manage administration tasks, with Connexica providing technical support via our Helpdesk for the lifetime of the service.

Hosted Installation

If your organisation has embraced the Cloud, Connexica offers a range of cloud-hosted deployment options to suit your needs.

You can host through a Connexica Cloud-Hosting Partner, selecting from Tier 1 to Tier 4 UK sovereign data centres based on your system’s criticality. Alternatively, we’ll work with your preferred hosting provider or internal data centre if you already have one in place.

If you’ve opted for Connexica’s Infrastructure Management service, we’ll manage the hosted environment (with the necessary permissions); otherwise, you’ll be responsible for maintaining optimal system performance. Remote connectivity is established during project initiation to enable Infrastructure Management and support.

During implementation, your team will be trained to develop content and manage administration tasks, with Connexica providing full Helpdesk support throughout the service lifecycle.

Fully Managed Service - LUCENT360

If you prefer to let us take care of everything, the Connexica Fully Managed Service – LUCENT360 might be best choice for you.

Choose from either Fully Managed:Hosted, or Fully Managed:On Premise options.

LUCENT360 combines individual services provided by Connexica into a comprehensive cost effective package encompassing all aspects of the design, development, hosting, infrastructure management, and incident management activities that are required to set-up and run an analytics service for your business.
