All deployments of Connexica products come with 2nd and 3rd line technical support included as a standard part of the licence provision. 2nd and 3rd line support provides unlimited access to the Connexica Support service for the resolution of technical questions that arise about your deployment.

1st line support provision (assistance with routine system administration tasks and user queries) can either be handled in-house or is available as an optional service from Connexica. Why not consider letting us handle all the application support needs associated with the system? Avoid the need to train internal staff in carrying out support activities and pass it all over to the experts!
