Connexica are pleased to announce that Tipton and Coseley Building Society have chosen CXAIR, Connexica’s Data Discovery Solution, to provide the society with their analytics and reporting.
Founded in 1901 Tipton & Coseley Building Society have four established branches spanning the Black Country and employ approximately 100 staff providing customers with financial advice and support. The society have never been afraid of modernisation and in 2017 the Society embarked on a new digital strategy designed to enhance customer experience and improve on current working practices.
CXAIR will form a part of this new digital strategy providing the society with the ability to self service their reporting and analytics. Connexica look forward to working with Tipton & Coseley Building Society on their vision.
