Unveiling the Hidden Picture: Connexica Feature in Housing Executive Magazine

We're delighted to share that Connexica has once again been featured in Housing Executive magazine, this time in Issue 27. The feature tells the story of our work with Mosscare St Vincent's Housing (MSV), exploring how a set of homes with a puzzlingly low number of reported repairs turned out to be hiding something very different: residents struggling in silence, from mental health challenges to language barriers, who had no easy way of raising issues themselves. Tracey Ferguson-Black, MSV's Director of Neighbourhoods, explains how Connexica helped the team map data that had previously sat siloed across multiple systems, turning it into a tool the neighbourhood team could use every day — not just to catch problems earlier, but to make sure they were "getting behind the right doors."
