Connexica is excited to announce that The Mansfield is the latest building society to sign up for its CXAIR data management and analytics platform. They join the growing number of building societies and other financial institutions that have invested in CXAIR as a way to advance their digital agenda and deliver more value to the business from their data assets.
By deploying CXAIR within the organisation The Mansfield will create a robust data platform that underpins its current operational and regulatory reporting requirements – introducing automation to deliver increased efficiency. The platform will also enable the Society to extend its analytical capacity by providing accessible insight into its existing customer base which will help drive more effective sales growth and member engagement initiatives.
Key to the decision to acquire CXAIR for The Mansfield has been the ability of the platform to deliver an easy-to-use “self-service” application across the organisation. Business users, who don’t necessarily have specialist IT skills, will be able to access Society data, run queries and extract valuable intelligence in real-time, in a way which promotes more efficient, evidence-based decisioning.
Dan Jones, Finance Director at Mansfield Building Society said,
We’ve been looking for a reliable data management tool that will help us bring together all our data assets into one central location that can be easily accessed across the business – not just by our team of power users but also operational colleagues that need access to data to support our ambitious growth plans.
CXAIR enables us to reduce dependency on finite analytical resource whilst at the same time ensuring that everyone is working from the same single ‘version of the truth’.
Connexica have built a great tool in CXAIR and have also set a really collaborative tone. I believe it’s essential for a mutual organisation like ours to continue to look for ways to do things better by selecting the right technology, and the right technology partner, to support our growth plans and help us adapt to the ever-changing needs of our business and, of course, our members.
Gary Luke, Managing Director at Connexica said,
We’re extremely pleased that The Mansfield has chosen Connexica and recognised CXAIR as the right technology to help them on the next stage of their digital journey. We look forward to working together over the coming years in what we are confident will be a long and successful relationship.
