Darlington Building Society sign-up for LUCENT360; the managed analytics service from Connexica

Reading Time: 4 minutes

Darlington Building Society have become the latest organisation to sign up for the Connexica LUCENT360 managed analytics offering, making them the second building society to join the service. By adding LUCENT360 to their existing package, Darlington, a long-term Connexica customer, will accelerate the delivery of their plans to put analytics and data-based decision making at the heart of their operations.

Underpinned by Connexica’s tried and tested CXAIR data management and analytics platform (deployed extensively within the UK building society sector), LUCENT360 is a comprehensive service which will take on the responsibility for the ongoing production and maintenance of the Society’s strategic reporting and analytic needs. The team of experienced Connexica engineers and consultants will work with the Society to understand their requirements for information, quickly transforming them into sophisticated, visually appealing reports, dashboards and analyses. These items will be delivered in a timely and secure way to the relevant colleagues within the business.

In addition to building and maintaining reports, dashboards and analyses for the Society, and ensuring that they stay aligned with evolving organisational needs, Connexica will also deliver a range of support services. These services include migrating the Society’s existing CXAIR infrastructure into the Cloud, and proactively monitoring the service to maintain system performance. By combining their existing CXAIR capability with the LUCENT360 service, the Society will enjoy the best of both worlds: Day-to-day reports can be built by Society staff to suit ad hoc needs, with Connexica experts providing a regular stream of new reporting content to push forward the organisation’s strategic analytics strategy.

Chris Hunter, Operations Director at Darlington Building Society said,Implementing LUCENT360 was a logical step for Darlington Building Society in its ambition to become a Society ‘powered by data’. The Society has already embedded CXAIR to enable colleagues to produce timely and accurate Management Information. As a fully managed reporting service, LUCENT360 will take reports further by delivering them in an even more robust and controlled way.

From branches pulling up member data to the Executive producing Board papers, reports are a whole-of-business operation. The reporting service therefore had to be simple and integrate with the Society’s existing systems. LUCENT360 delivers on both factors whilst providing a single version of the truth. Time saved will liberate Darlington Building Society colleagues to focus on other aspects of their roles and support the Society’s scalable growth.

Gary Luke, Managing Director at Connexica said, We’re extremely pleased to be able to welcome Darlington Building Society to the growing family of organisations using our LUCENT360 fully managed analytics service. The fact that as an existing client they have chosen to strengthen the relationship with Connexica by making this further investment is a testament to the good work that we’ve done together to date and the value that they put on the delivery of high quality analytics as an organisational priority. We look forward to working even more closely with the society over the coming years to help them achieve their objectives.
