Delivery Options

A Fully Integrated Solution, Deployed According to Your Preference. Technically Connexica solutions will function equally well whether they are deployed on-site at your organisation or hosted within the Cloud – which means you get to choose the delivery method which best suits your requirements:

On Premise Installation

If, for whatever reason, your preference is to hold your data locally, an on-premise Connexica deployment will best meet your needs.

Take advantage of the Connexica Hardware Provisioning service, or acquire and configure your own system hardware according to the technical specification provided. During the project initiation phase, we will install the solution options that you have contracted for.

If you have opted for the Connexica Infrastructure Management service, we will adopt the ongoing management of the hardware environment, otherwise you will be responsible for ensuring that the project servers are operating in an optimal way. Remote connectivity to project hardware located on-premise is established during project initiation as a matter of course to enable the delivery of Infrastructure Management activities (where appropriate) and for application support purposes.

During the implementation phase your internal resources will be trained in how to develop content using the contracted Connexica solutions and how to perform the necessary administration functions. Connexica will provide technical support as required through the Helpdesk service to assist with any issues that arise during the lifetime of the service.

Hosted Installation

If your organisation has joined the Cloud revolution, Connexica has a range of cloud-hosted options that you should consider:

  • Connexica Cloud-Hosting Partner – Connexica works with a range of different cloud-hosting partners who offer a variety of different hosting options. Choose from Tier 1 through to Tier 4 data centres according to the mission criticality of the system to be hosted. Note that all of our hosting partners use UK sovereign data centres.
  • Hosting Provider of your choice – We are happy to work with your nominated representatives if you have your own data centre that you want to use to host your contracted Connexica solutions or if you have a preferred hosting partner that you prefer to use.

If you have opted for the Connexica Infrastructure Management service, we will adopt the ongoing management of the hosted environment (subject to being granted the appropriate permissions), otherwise you will be responsible for ensuring that the hosted system environment is operating in an optimal way. Remote connectivity to the hosted system environment is established during project initiation as a matter of course to enable the delivery of Infrastructure Management activities (where appropriate) and for application support purposes.

Fully Managed Service – LUCENT360

If you prefer to let us take care of everything, the Connexica Fully Managed Service – LUCENT360 might be best choice for you.
