The CXAIMS – Catalogue module provides you with the insights that you need to proactively manage your catalogue to ensure that it performs in an optimal way.

Anomalies and outliers which do not comply with best-practice standards are automatically identified via the highly visual dashboard presentations with drill-down to the individual records available within each analysis, providing the user with the ability to explore the data to provide answers to specific questions, create work lists for follow-up, etc.

The CXAIMS – Inventory Performance module provides you with the insights that you need to proactively manage your stock levels, and delivers a clear picture in real-time of the inventory you are currently holding, how that has changed over time, and its valuation.

Compare replenishment against usage, and keep track of costs that can be assigned to patients by comparing the performance of particular locations against trust targets.

All dashboards enable the user to drill-down from the summary totals that are displayed to access the underlying record level detail to facilitate further investigation.

The CXAIMS – Inventory Management & Compliance module allows you to monitor and proactively manage organisational KPIs in relation to inventory, helping you to achieve better levels of compliance and sustainability within your system (and facilitating the journey towards Scan4Safety).

The CXAIMS – Procurement Hub module provides management with a single dashboard which delivers a comprehensive view of your procurement operation across the entire organisation.

Operating as a control centre, it is designed to provide an at-a-glance view in near real-time of the KPIs that you need to track to ensure that the operation is performing in an optimal way.

Drill-downs from each of the analyses in the dashboard provide a discovery capability which enables you to investigate areas of interest and anomalies that are highlighted to quickly ascertain route causes in a way which facilitates remedial actions.
